Dave was first appointed to the City Council to fill an unexpired term on May 10, 2021. He was elected to Council Position 3 at the November 2022 General Election for a two-year term ending December 2024. He was again elected to Council Position 3 at the November 2024 General Election for a four-year term ending December 31, 2028.
