The City of Nehalem has partnered with Nexbillpay to extend an additional payment option for customers interested in using their check, debit, or credit cards. Nexbillpay is a trusted third-party automated payment service that allows you to pay online or by phone.
You will need your Account Number provided on your water bill.
If you do not have your water bill handy, you may request your Account Number by calling the City of Nehalem at 503-368-5155 or email billing [at] nehalem.gov (billing[at]nehalem[dot]gov)
When a customer pays with a credit card, the service fee is $2.50 for payments up to $250, 2.75% of the total balance after that. When a customer pays with a checking account, the fee is $2.00.
