Councilor Chick was first appointed to fill an unexpired Council position term in February 2020.
He was elected to Council Position 4 in the November 2020 General Election, for a term ending December 2022. He was most recently elected to the position of Mayor in the November 2022 General Election for a two year term ending December 2024.
