Request for Proposal (RFP) Owner’s Representative – Public Works Building
Pursuant to ORS 279C and OAR 137-048, the City of Nehalem, OR is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced consultants for the purpose of providing the services of an Owner’s Representative Team (OR) to City for predevelopment, design and construction management and closeout of a new Public Works Building.
Work will also include other associated services including public outreach, budget oversight, and meeting facilitation.
Proposals are due August 12, 2026, at 5:00 pm. The RFP is available for download below.
